Remove Wp-ExtremeVideo plugin

Rather than cluttering with lots of the same plugin, I have decide to remove the Wp-ExtremeVideo plugin and just stick with using WordPress Mu Anarchy Media Plugin.
Update the the Anarchy Media Plugin to the latest version available from the previous version 1.5.3. Here are some of the changes that have been done.
1.6.5 - Updated 3/12/06: Added Revver.com and iTunes iMix players, squashed some bugs and rearranged the chairs.
1.6 - Updated 22/11/06: Full upgrade, delete or diff all php. Mu version includes tinyMCE replacement for buttonsnap.php
There will still be another till my hosting end. I’ll be changing to another hosting server if this server is still slow and ‘disappear’ every now and then.
