Added WPMU Captcha for registration

Its been going on for awhile that AnakDatuk.com have been spammed by auto script. The spammers uses auto script to generate account and post rubbish on the blog. They uses the import feature inside wordpress to import thier rubbish.
Now I have added captcha (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers from Humans Apart) to validate and avoid the auto script sign-up for blogs.
As a secondary check, I have added a checkbox for user to agree on the TOS (Terms of Service) before signing up.
