Math Spam Widget

I have added this Math Spam Protection for comments as a plugin. The problem is there is this code which I need to add on all the themes if I want all the other user to be able to use this plugin. There is 2 ways I could accomplish this is either I add the code before hand into the themes or make a widget to be place in the comment section. Both ways need me to modify the themes template code as well.
I’m still comtemplating on which one to do as both ways need me to modify more than 30 themes. Its not a lot of themes but still there are work need to do. I’ll sleep over it and think about which is the best way.
