Do you think it is a waste of money buying branded stuffs? Well, according to some of my friends, it is. Luckily I do not have a habit of buying of branded or luxury stuffs. I would prefer investing the money at buying properties as properties appreciate more than depreciate. Maybe for a guy, the money should be for a better use but for ladies, they would definitely prefer to go for shopping with it.
I’m sure everyone would have their own dream house. Just like what I wish to have is a having bungalow house built next to the beach so that I can enjoy a morning breeze and the sunrise every morning. Besides that, I can go for my jogging session at the beach too. Anyway, that is just my dream. Having it come true would take a lot more work as buying a property isn’t easy
