World Of Warcraft

I started playing World of Warcraft (WoW) 10 days ago after much persuasion from my friend. He even brought me the cd for installation as well. Both the original WoW as well as the expension set, Burning Crusade. It took me a while to install it but the downloading of the patch the first time took me 2 days. After that, I sign up for a 10 days trial account which allows me to experience WoW before subscribing to it.

The trial account allows me to create a character to play. However there are limitations to the trial account such as the max level that I can go up to is only level 20. Some of the skills are limited and you can learn beyond a particular level. Besides that, the mailbox in the game can’t be use as well. Even the Auction House, a popular section of the game is not available to trial account players.

It has been 10 days and now my trial account has expire. I tried to upgrade my account last night but it keeps telling me that my credit card is invalid. I’m not sure how I’m going to get my credit card to go through. I do not wish to call them up as it would be an international call. I guess the next step is just to buy the retail version of the store. Once my account is upgraded, I can use PayPal for my monthly subscriptions.
