Online college courses
I just recommended to a colleague of mine to sign up for some online college courses in order to improve himself. He is now at war with his boss because his boss wants him to leave due to poor performance but doesn’t want to go through all the trouble with the Human Resource. His boss apparently wants him to resign on his own and to make things worst for him, he was asked to sit at a corner far away from the rest of the other colleagues. According to him, he was placed there so that he won’t reduce the working morale of the rest of the team. Good luck to him I would say. I hope he will take up some course to improve himself so he can find a better job.
