Buy baby gifts

My sister kid will be celebrating her full moon next week. I need to buy baby gifts for her twin kids. Seriously, I really don’t have any idea on what to get for them. I went online looking for some baby gifts but I still can’t decide what to give them. I some pretty interesting wristlets on BabyNest.com website. It has some nice cute cartoon character picture on it. I’m not sure if it would be suitable for them to wear it or not. If I still can’t decide or see anything else nicer, I would probably get those for them. Should I get a couple of size bigger so they can still wear it when they get bigger?
